When we collaborate in a session I presence with you and teach specific body centered tools tailored to your needs.  Body centered tools are many and include breath, movement and presencing. My intention is to support you to shift from fear-focused living to living with full access to your creativity and essence.  

I believe that our bodies are sacred and have valuable information if we know how to listen. I implement body intelligence tools and integrated energy healing to help you uncover limiting beliefs, learn to listen to your body and its sacred messages, and take your life to the next level.
